WHAT: six (6) rounds of disc golf at six (6) K.C. area courses.

Day 1: Swope Park (Kansas City, Mo), Waterworks Park (N.K.C.), and Rosedale Park (Mission, Ks)

Day 2: Wyandotte County Park (Bonner Springs, Ks), Centennial Park (Lawrence, Ks), Prairie Center (Olathe, Ks)

 

WHEN: Saturday, October 11th and Sunday, October 12th 2003

Day 1: Swope Park - 11 am, Waterworks Park approx 1 pm, and Rosedale Park approx 3 pm

Day 2: Wyandotte County Park 12 noon, Centennial Park approx 3 pm, and Prairie Center approx 5 pm**

WHY: to further the enjoyment of professional level disc golf in kansas city, specifically in regard to my circle of friends and people close to them who enjoy playing this up and coming sport as well as look forward to a chance to spend some time out in the glorious weather with other folks who celebrate the great...oh, just come out and play!

 

HOW: email here to RSVP. as for how to actually play the game; this is not a clinic, learn on your own.

 

FURTHER DETAILS: a total running score will be kept per day and each day's winner will recieve a hearty handshake and a their choice of beverage at the local Quick Trip, courtesy of the tournament committee. The overall low score for both days will receive a to-be-determined prize. official scorecards will be provided at the courses.

 

COST: FREE. Although the official t-shirt can be pre-ordered for a mere $7. To order a shirt, please email the player number you wish to wear and desired size (player numbers are on a first-come first-serve basis).
